In the summer of 2005, CEO and founder of i9 Sports, a franchisor of youth sports leagues, contacted Franchise Performance Group to assist them with improving their franchise offering, training and developing their management team in how to better train and coach franchisees, and making recommendations to help franchisees become profitable in their first year.


Results

I9 franchisees increased revenue over 100% in first year.  Franchisee satisfaction dramatically increased, improving franchisee validation.
Franchisor tripled in size, from 35 locations to over 100 locations in two year period.
